St. Germain is a super premium liqueur that follows the French artisanal tradition and is made exclusively from 100 per cent fresh elderflower, spontaneously grown on the hills of Europe and in full bloom for a few weeks each year. Only a specific variety of elderflower is selected for the production of St. Germain, and only the highest quality flowers are hand-picked in the early morning, when temperatures are lowest. This ensures that the flowers are in their initial 'opening' phase, guaranteeing optimal aroma and flavour. For the creation of a 70 cl bottle, up to 1,000 elderflowers are used, sourced from the highest quality regions of Europe and France.
